Process Up to 1800 Tons/Year with the Site-Built Earth Flow

The Site Built Earth Flow is a unique large-capacity automated composting system that can be sized to process up to 1800 tons of material per year. It produces “ready to cure” compost in 14 to 21 days, compared to 4-6 months via conventional turned windrow processing.

GMT’s latest innovation is to combine this with a secondary aerated static pile (ASP) process, effectively doubling the capacity. This system controls all the environmental variables and offers outstanding odor control with minimal labor or additional equipment, as a cost-effective solution for farms and small scale food waste composting facilities.
