Mumbai Kanjur CASE STUDY

Antony Lara Enviro Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is one of the fastest growing companies in India. With selective use of western technology in their development, they have achieved a large contribution to the modern Indian Waste Management Industry. The public company needed a solution to process 1000 metric tons per day of MSW, and wanted composting and recycling to be the primary focus. The site in Kanjur Mumbai aimed to minimize landfill waste and enable the maximum possible volumes of recyclable materials to be sorted and reclaimed.

In conjunction with our partner Compost Systems, the plant design for the plant in Kanjur Mumbai was supplied with technology and equipment for the entire process, including aeration infrastructure, process controls, a TracTurn side-discharge turner and comprehensive odor management. The plant is processing more than 1000 metric tons per day of MSW, producing compost in high quality that is sold to the local agricultural industry. The plant started its successful operation in 2017.
