Rebecca Baracco is the Office and Administrative Assistant at Green Mountain Technologies.

Rebecca brings more than 10 years of customer service and support experience to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations and provide responsive, reliable support for clients and team members. She takes a holistic approach to her work, recognizing that strong communication, organization, and customer care all contribute to successful outcomes for clients, partners, and colleagues. Rebecca is passionate about creating positive experiences and supporting GMT's mission of advancing innovative composting and environmental solutions.

With a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies, Rebecca is excited to contribute to a company whose work aligns with her interest in sustainability and environmental stewardship. Prior to joining GMT, she built a strong background in customer service and administrative support, where she developed a reputation for clear communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Outside of the office, Rebecca enjoys dancing, exploring new cities and local food scenes, and finding inspiration through art. She also loves spending time with her cat and taking advantage of the many opportunities for adventure, creativity, and connection that the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
