Nicholas Shiflet is GMT’s Fabrication Lead, responsible for building the mechanical systems behind our composting technologies. He also helps commission new systems and supports maintenance at customer sites, making sure everything runs smoothly and correctly. 

Nick is known for his high energy, can-do attitude, and ability to get things done. Whether he’s in the shop or out in the field, he’s always willing to jump in and help wherever he’s needed.

Outside of work, Nick enjoys helping out on his neighbor’s farm, spending time with family, and working on his ever-growing collection of cars and bikes.
