Client’s Requirements
Los Alamos National Laboratory is a renowned U.S. Department of Energy research institution focused on scientific advancements and national security. The National Laboratory recognized the imperative of responsible organic waste handling and decided to pursue an on site composting solution for the treatment of their bio solids. They needed a system that was capable of handling a substantial total input capacity of 1 ton per day, was equipped with a state-of-the-art traveling auger mixing system, automated mixing and aeration, and an integrated biofiltration system for odor control. For the lab, these features are critical to ensure not only efficient waste processing but also a cleaner, more pleasant working environment.
