Intuitive Design

Over the last 30 years we have learned that composting does not need to be overly complicated. Too often we have seen over-engineered compost facilities that are not being operated correctly because operators cannot understand or have not been educated on how to use the equipment. To avoid this we design systems that are redundant and intuitive, with clear user interfaces.

Deep Knowledge & National Involvement

We have offered private training to over 50 compost facilities around the globe along with public training to thousands of composters. In addition, our team helped start the WORC operator training program which has since evolved into the USCC operator training program. We still actively participate in operator training courses and teach a variety of workshops at industry events.

Operator Trainings

GMT offers both on and off site training to our new and existing clients. These typically involve 1 to 3 days of preparation and an equal amount of time engaged with operators helping them to understand the composting process and their role in it. We also work with site managers to help them track data and incentivize successful operations, so they can better understand how their team is working and respond accordingly.
