Oley SheremetaSenior Project Manager


Oley Sheremeta has a BS in Biology from the University of the State of New York. Oley specializes in municipal scale composting, system design, infrastructure repair, technical sales, project management, and operator training. Oley has worked in the composting industry since 1989 and has managed facilities ranging from 40 to 660 tons per day with a variety of technologies and feedstocks.  He has provided services and inspections at over 100 composting facilities in North America, Europe and Asia. In 1995 Oley and Jeff Gage helped WORC to create the nations first 40-hour training and certification program for compost facility operators and continues to teach classes for the Composting Counicl’s Research & Education Foundation. After hours, Oley also participates in triathlon, running, Cycling and pursues course work at the Gemological Institute of America.
